Cyber ‘Ike strives to Connect, Cultivate, Challenge, and Champion Hawaii’s cybersecurity community.
Cyber ‘Ike is a nonprofit organization with the mission to provide the State of Hawai‘i with world-class cybersecurity education. We seek to advance the field of cybersecurity by providing resources, support, and networking opportunities to students, professionals, and community members across the islands. Our goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to protect their digital lives and communities, and to create a safer, more secure digital world for everyone in Hawai‘i.
Connect
At Cyber ‘Ike, we recognize that effective cybersecurity requires a holistic approach. It is not enough to simply provide training and education; we must also build connections across the community to share knowledge, resources, and best practices. Our organization serves as a hub for cybersecurity professionals, students, and community members to connect and collaborate. Through our events, webinars, and social media platforms, we aim to build a strong and supportive network of cybersecurity experts across Hawai‘i.
Cultivate
We believe that education is key to combating the growing threats of cybercrime and cybersecurity breaches. Through our training and educational programs, we strive to equip individuals at all levels with the necessary skills to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber threats. Our curriculum is designed to meet the evolving needs of the cybersecurity industry and provides practical, hands-on training that prepares individuals for real-world scenarios.
Challenge
Through mentorship programs, networking events, and school and college outreach, we seek to inspire the next generation of cybersecurity leaders.
