By simulating various scenarios and testing response protocols, we identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, ensuring readiness to effectively manage crises and maintain business continuity.

Program & Curriculum

Our program provide hands-on training that enhance employability and readiness for industry demands. Each cohort is 6 months consisting of a Monday, Wednesday, Friday hybrid class.

Completion of the cohort means acquiring all certifications, 10 hours of volunteer hours per month, and finishing the capstone project.

Training to industry standard to IT & Cybersecurity certifications in A+, Network+ and Security+.
A+: Entry level certification that teaches the fundamentals of IT
Network+: Training of essential networking skills like network configuration and management.
Security+: Global standard for validating baseline cybersecurity skills.

Advanced certifications to prove you can excel in the workplace.
Cysa+: Certification training that focuses on prevention, detection and combating cyberthreats
Pentest+: Learn the offensive side and understand attacker Tactics, Techniques and Procedures.
CASP+: Advanced certification that trains on security architecture and enterprise security operations.

Learn how to manage a MS365 tenant as well as master Microsoft Copilot. Certifications to prove that you have what it takes to effectively design, implement and manage a Microsoft 365 environment as well as change the business landscape with AI.

Students will harness the cybersecurity skills acquired throughout their coursework to develop a team-based capstone project. This collaborative endeavor aims to design innovative solutions that address Hawaii’s unique cybersecurity challenges, thereby contributing to the state’s digital resilience and safety.

Supporting students with mock interviews, resume reviews, communication skills, volunteer exposure and leadership challenges to enhance candidates’ professional skills, bolstering their confidence and readiness for future opportunities in the workforce.

Following career development, individuals have the chance to pursue paid internships or full-time positions with local businesses and government agencies, opening avenues for professional growth and practical application of acquired skills.
